3.1) Form Fields Control: Please select which fields you want to display in the front-end form submission.
3.2) Disable admin notification: After form submission admin gets a notification you want don’t want that notification to disable this setting.
3.3) Admin Notification to Email: You can set which admin email get this notification
3.4) Notification Email subject: You can set your own subject for the notification email.
