First, you need to add a testimonial from the admin end to add testimonial navigate the WordPress admin menu go to Testimonial => Add Testimonial.
1) Title: Add the member name here
2) Testimonial Body: Add testimonial content here
3) Designation, Company & Location: add the designation, company and location of the person who provides the testimonial.
4) Rating: Set the star rating of the testimonial
5) Video [PRO]: Add video if any video testimonial we have separate video layouts also where this video will display or it will show in detail page.
6) Social Media [PRO]: We have drag & drop option to add the social media profile of the person who posted the testimonial.
7) Category: You can add or select category from here
8) Tags: You can add tags here
9) Order: Set order no here if use custom order then make sure in shortcode use “Menu Order” in the ordering section.
10) Profile image: This is the personal image who posted the testimonial you can add or keep blank if no image.
