Paid Products:
All of our paid downloadable products can be downloaded as a single purchase. Paid download links are available after confirming your payment it is real-time you can download after purchase after purchase you will receive a mail with a payment receipt and download link. We use PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards.
If your payment success and you don’t receive any mail, in this case, please mail support@radiustheme.com we will check your payment status if everything ok then will provide you the download link. It may be delayed 30 mutinies to 12 hrs.
Product Compatibility:
For WordPress themes and plugins all are comparability with the last stable version of WordPress. Before buying please check the compatibility note of each theme and plugin
Al of our Joomla templates and WordPress themes are supported with the latest modern web browsers Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 11+.
You can download the update & get support for 1 year and specific domain how many licenses you purchase.
Modifications
You can modify all of our products as your need like customization code change color combination etc. But if you want you can ask our forum how to modify if any easy way we will tell that. But you can not change the ownership.
Illegal Usage
You may not use our RadiusTheme.com products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose as well as the laws of US, UK, EU and International law.

If you need any additional customization that is not available in the current version of that product, then you may have to wait to release next version or you can hire an expert to do that.

Warranty:
We only provide a warranty on our products we don’t provide any 3rd party extensions/ plugins.
We don’t provide any stock images or font licenses all are used as demo purposes. You can purchase your own image/font from the respective source.
License Policy:
Single site: For a Single site we will provide 1 domain Tech support with updates & access to download 1 year (ie 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Up to 5 sites: We will provide 5 domains Tech support with updates & access to download 1 year (ie 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Unlimited site: We will provide Unlimited domain Tech support with updates & access to download 1 year (ie 365 days ) from the purchase date.
For Membership Package: Each Membership package has its own time limit and license number listed in the package.
Discount for Renew License: 20% discount for renewing license.
