Step 1: At first you have to go Settings -> Discussion page and uncheck the checkbox that’s looks like, Comment author must fill out name and email
Step 2: Go to your review settings. You can find a settings for Allow anonymous review, Enable it, Then visible Email and Author fields setting. Just enable/disable settings as you need.
