FREE Products:
All of our free downloadable Joomla components are download directly from RadiusTheme.com and WordPress plugins are available from www.wordpress.org.
Paid Products:
All of our paid downloadable products can be downloaded as a single purchase. Paid download links are available after confirm your payment it is real time you can download after purchase after purchase you will receive a mail with payment receipt and download link. We use PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards.
If your payment success and you don’t receive any mail in this case please mail support@radiustheme.com we will check your payment status if everything ok then will provide you the download link. It may be delay 30 mutinies to 12 hrs.
Product Compatibility:
All of our Joomla templates and extensions are comparability with the latest stable Joomla version. Before purchase please check the compatibility note of each template and component.
For WordPress themes and plugins all are comparability with the last stable version of WordPress. Before buy please check the compatibility note of each theme and plugin
All of our WordPress themes and plugins are supported with the latest modern web browsers Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 11+.
You can download the update & get support for 1 year and specific domain how many licenses you purchase.
Modifications
You can modify all of our products as your need like customization code change color combination etc. But if you want you can ask our forum how to modify if any easy way we will tell that. But you can not change the ownership.
Illegal Usage
You may not use our RadiusTheme.com products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose as well as the laws of US, UK, EU and International law.
You are not authorizing to reproduce, duplicate, rename, copy, sell any of our products. In any special case, you must need written permission from RadiusTheme.com
For Joomla templates, components, modules, and plugins XML file copyright data must remain the same. You are not authorizing to change the copyright data of any of our products.
If you violence any of these conditions then RadiusTheme.com has the right to block your account.
When start using our products if you face any issue or bug mail us or post in form we will try our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If you need any additional customization that is not available in the current version of that product, then you may have to wait to release the next version or you can hire an expert to do that.
All products are own by RadiusTheme.com you may not use them by your own name.

Price Changes
RadiusTheme.com has all right to change the price without any notice.
Warranty:
We only provide a warranty of our products we don’t provide any 3rd party extensions/ plugins.
We don’t provide any stock image or font license all used for demo purposes. You can purchase your own image/font from the respective source.
License Policy:
Single site: For a Single site, we will provide 1 domain Tech support with updates & access to download 1 year (ie 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Up to 5 sites: We will provide 5 domains of Tech support with updates & access to download 1 year (ie 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Unlimited site: We will provide Unlimited domain Tech support with updates & access to download 1 year (ie 365 days ) from the purchase date.
LifeTime License: We introduce a lifetime license so purchase one time and use lifetime with updates and support.
Subscription: From July 01, 2021, We introduce a subscription system so from now all new purchases will be auto renew once a year (except lifetime purchase and custom payment) till you cancel.
Membership Package: Each Membership package has its own time limit and license number listed in the package.
Discount for Renew License: 20% discount for renewing the license.
