You get a refund in the following situation:

  2. If you don’t get any response or solution from the ticket within 3 business days except Saturday & Sunday after you post the support request.
  3. If you buy any product by mistake and still don’t download that (note all downloaded logs are saved).

Refunds are not acceptable for the following situations:

  2. If you buy any item by mistake and download the item (note all download logs are saved).
  3. You need to provide the necessary access for support. If don’t provide access then the item will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. If our Team doesn’t provide you with support and fix your issue and you can not use this item.
  5. If a new feature is requested by multiple customers and we deem it necessary, we will either include the feature in a future version or provide a specified time frame for its implementation. Please note that if the buyer is unwilling to accept a minimum time frame in this scenario, a refund will not be acceptable.
