NB: Taxonomy Order is working for only the front-end filter
For Isotope or Grid filter layouts if you want to change the order of the category or tag taxonomy then you can do this easily navigate the WordPress admin navigation The Post Grid = > Taxonomy Ordering.
The above order will work for your front-end filter only. Please check the below screenshot-
If you would like to change the order of the front-end filter taxonomy then you can do it from “Taxonomy Order”.
